The InviLisa® Egg ELISA Kit is designed for quantitation of low levels of egg ovalbumin in raw materials, environmental swabs, part-processed and finished food products. This assay utilizes polyclonal antibodies to specifically target ovalbumin which, together with ovomucoid, are the major egg allergens.
The 96 well kit includes four egg standards and has a quantitation range of 1.0 – 10.0 mg whole egg powder/kg.
