The InviLisa® Gluten ELISA Kit is designed for quantitation of low levels of gluten from wheat, rye and barley in raw materials, environmental swabs, part-processed and finished food products. This assay utilizes monoclonal 2D4 antibodies, that also can detect gluten in fermented or hydrolyzed products. The 96 well kit includes four gluten standards and has a quantitation range of 2.5 – 50 mg gluten/kg.
